The conference participant’s credit card number and expiry date are entered into the integrated window of the service provider rather than Eveni’s online registration application. Since the Eveni online application and the payment service provider are operated on physically separate platforms, there is no risk that the credit card elements, such as card number or expiration date, could be retrieved from Eveni’s application database. The risk of credit card misuse is therefore considerably reduced.
In addition, the participant’s personal details are safe.
When a participant makes a purchase on the online registration website, we provide a receipt for transaction. This receipt shows all necessary details of the transaction. If a participant wishes to make a refund claim, they are always directed to the organizer, who then will verify the claim and forward it to Eveni. We never issue a refund , if you – our client – have not approved it.
