Welcome to the Eveni newsletter. The large tradeshow IMEX in Frankfurt, Germany, took place for the third time last week. It was perceived as bigger and better than ever: A large number of exhibitors presented their products and destinations in a very impressive way. Interesting talks and many contacts confirmed that Eveni’s services are focusing on the needs of organizers of conferences and other events.

The scientific committee, the program-committee-chair and the reviewers (experts) are a large group of loosely coupled persons, which have to guarantee for the high quality of your conference. Most committees, especially if they maintain a large team of experts are very international and spread over the whole world. Our customers are satisfied with the time and money they saved by using our system. When they come back for their next event, they often want more features and more complex workflows than when we set up their first event with Eveni. Setting up the exact same event is usually trivial, but changing the system to accommodate new features is often underestimated.

Redesign of the Eveni homepage
In the last two months, we improved contents and layout of our web site. In the new version, we are showing in more detail how the modules of Eveni work. We hope that this will help the interested visitor of our site to see how easy a service in Eveni can be implemented. Are there still any points or interesting parts missing? Feedback is always welcome.
Eveni's improved registration process
To accommodate more complex registration processes, we have implemented an extension to the registration module. Using this extension, a user can choose from hundreds of possibilities to book events with various options each. Our interaction designer created an optimized workflow that supports that many possibilities without presenting the complexity to the end user.
